Setup. No Upfront Costs
GoodGoods will provide the fundraiser with an item to put up for auction.
We have various Items available in our shop eg T.Vs, Fridges, Shopping Vouchers etc. We will setup the auction/raffle for the fundraiser.
Fundraiser Promotion
The fundraiser promotes the event to their network, friends, followers etc. The more bids placed, the more money the fundraiser gets.
Withdrawal
Once the fundraising is over, the fundraiser is able to withdraw the raised amount minus the cost of the item
Winning Bidder
The highest/lucky bidder pays for the item at an affordable price-their bid price/raffle ticket price.
4.Examples Of A Successful Charity Fundraiser.
(Every Bidder Is Required To Have An Entry Ticket to place a bid)
There were 200 participants in a fundraiser, each required to have an entry ticket set by the fundraiser of KES 500 per participant, the total donation therefore was KES 100,000. The fundraiser featured a TV valued at KES 20,000. After deducting the TV cost from the total donations, the remaining amount raised for the fundraiser was KES 80,000.
Withdrawing Your Donations
All fundraiser tickets Are direct donations to your cause. Once The fundraising is over, the fundraiser withdraws money through the ‘My Account’ section on the platform. Partial withdraws are possible once item costs have been met.
