Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, deliveries, documents)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support basic administrative tasks across departments
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, typing, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No prior experience required – full training will be provided
