HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Fundraiser selects an item from the ‘goods’ shop at no upfront cost.
  • The fundraiser offers the item to their network and the public at a low, pocket-friendly price.
  • Every bidder pays a fixed ticket fee/Charity Coins, which serves as a direct donation to the fundraiser.
  • More participants lead to greater fundraiser success!
  • At the end of the fundraiser, the highest bidder pays their bid price/listed price and takes the item home.

Should the highest bidder/Lucky raffle winner not buy the item within 1 day, the opportunity passes to the next highest bidder, who then has 6 hours to make their payment. This process continues accordingly.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE OF AN AUCTION AND A RAFFLE FUNDRAISER?
There are two ways to raise funds on our website:

1. Auctions
In an auction, the item goes to the highest bidder, who pays his bidding amount.

2. Raffles
In a raffle, the item has a fixed price, and a lucky winner is selected through an automatic random draw.

HOW CAN I BECOME A CHARITY FUNDRAISER.
To become a Fundraiser , please navigate to the “Create Fundraiser” page on our website. There, you will find a form to fill out with your contact information and details about your cause.
WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ARE SUITABLE FOR THE FUNDRAISER?
Note: We only offer the items from our website to ensure quality for participants. Items such as unique experiences,  gift certificates, travel packages, and electronics tend to be popular.

You may suggest more products or partner with us through our contact form.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE OR COST ASSOCIATED WITH BECOMING A CHARITY FUNDRAISER?
There is a no registration fee associated with becoming a Charity Fundraiser. A platform fee will be charged for approved fundraisers after their success. Details regarding the payment process and platform Fees are available on  the terms and conditions
HOW DO I WITHDRAW PROCEEDS FROM THE FUNDRAISER?
You will be able to withdraw proceeds from your wallet after the fundraiser ends

To withdraw proceeds, go to ‘My Dashboard > Wallet > Wallet Withdrawal

Either way, we will always be in close contact for the duration of your charity fundraiser

Partial withdrawals are allowed before end of fundraiser as long as platform costs have been met.

IS MY CHARITY FUNDRAISER GUARANTEED TO SUCCEED?
The fundraiser’s success is all about participation. While we can’t predict exact results, we encourage you to spread the word within your networks – friends, family, social media and anyone who loves a good cause. By sharing the fundraising details and cause, you’ll get more eyes on it, more participants and more support for your cause.
HOW DO I CREATE AND RUN A SUCCESSFUL CHARITY FUNDRAISER
A successful charity fundraiser relies on active participation. To maximize engagement, create a WhatsApp group for your cause to clearly communicate its goals and needs. Encourage your network to bid and share the auction/raffle with their connections. Additionally, consider selecting an item from our website that resonates with your audience and aligns with their budget.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHARITY FUNDRAISER FAILS?
If a charity auction falls short of success due to factors like low bidder engagement or lack of competitive bids, it’s considered a “failed” auction. It’s worth noting that an auction’s success depends on various things, including bidder participation and good promotion.

If a fundraiser fails, any cash collected from participants will be promptly refunded to them, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Note that fundraisers may extend their fundraisers to avoid failed auctions.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CASH IN ADVANCE FOR MY CHARITY FUNDRAISER ITEM?
No

Fundraiser item cost may be deducted from final proceeds of the fundraiser. By promoting your fundraiser and engaging participants, you can raise funds to cover the item’s cost. Review the application and terms for details. Our support team is here to help. Together, let’s create a fair and successful fundraiser for your cause.
